Utilising the skills of our in-house investment team we have successfully sourced and acquired both residential properties and more recently have ventured into commercial investment premises from auction.
Following the acquisition of those commercial premises we effected all the following points in-house:-
Sourced and acquired the property- Attended auction and secured the property
- Navigated a commercial to residential lease
- Employed our architectural team to gain planning permission
- Worked with officers to gain Building Regulations approval
- Ensured via our accounts team that all VAT Regulations were negotiated
- Converted the premises from Commercial to Residential units using our in-house builders.
- Successfully marketed and subsequently sold all the units
- Returned good margins for the project
