David will provide very detailed quotes with pictures itemising all fixtures and fittings. He can advise on the style and options and will provide detailed work plans so you can follow and anticipate what will come next from the build, and give you assurances for when the work will finish.

He couples this with stage payments for each aspect of the work, which is only payable once that piece of work has been signed off and agreed that it is finished to the required standard. This makes the experience pleasant and means there are no ‘nasty surprises’ which takes the stress out of any building work.

David has worked with professional property investors, downsizers and families to achieve their targets. He has bought and refurbished flats for people from Singapore in Chelsea to downsizers and investors in Brighton. He has built multi-storey extensions to cottage reconfigurations and kitchen extensions.
